2nd trophy for best sales growth in 2008: Jiri Chyba
In January earlier this year we presented our Spanish distributor Opti Well with the first trophy for magnificent sales result in 2008. But we had 2 winners in 2008! Our distributor for the Czech republic and Slovakia , Jiri Chyba, is another customer who has been doing very well for many years but had an absolute record year in 2008.
Roeland and Frithjof went to Brno to thank Jiri and his team in person for the excellent results over the past years and the great achievement in sales growth in 2008. We wish Jiri and the Czeck and Slovak team all the best for the coming years and look forward to working with them for many years to come!

Eurovisie to be direct supplier for You’S and Youpi! in the UK market.
We are very proud to announce that after the succesful opening of our sales office in Ireland in the summer of 2008, we have now also started selling directly to opticians in the UK. As from April 4, 2009 our retail department will be the direct supplier for You’S and Youpi! frames to optical stores in the UK market. UK Eyeworks has handed over the distribution back to Eurovisie to further grow the brands in the UK.
The Optrafair, which took place in Birmingham from April 4-6, was a first opportunity to meet the UK customers in person. The fair turned out to be a huge success. Orders are continuously coming in ever since... Reactions on the latest colourful Spring/Summer 2009 collections are very positive indeed!
We would like to thank all customers for visiting our booth and would like to wish our sales reps in the UK, Mark, Matthew and Stanton all the best for the coming months.

TROPHY FOR OPTI WELL - YOU'S/YOUPI!! DISTRIBUTOR IN SPAIN
The relationship between Euro Visie World Wide and Opti Well, our distributor for Spain and Portugal, goes back for a long time. Mr. Jareno, director of Opti Well, was one of our first international distributors.
When Mr. Jareno recently visited our office, Roeland and Frithjof surprised him by presenting an award for magnificent growth of sales volume in 2008. The trophy is our way of saying how proud we are of the efforts of the entire Opti Well team over the past years but especially of the great results in 2008.
First reaction of Mr. Jareño after receiving this trophy: “It was a great reward for all the work done throughout the year and a great incentive for this year. Although difficult with so many good You’S distributors all over the world, we will make every effort to be among the top in sales again in 2009!”

Eurovisie World Wide opens sales office in Ireland
We are very proud to announce that we have established a sales office in Ireland which allows us to directly sell to opticians in Ireland.
Since July 1, our national sales executive for Ireland, Angela Sexton, has already visited many opticians and the response so far is overwhelming. Irish opticians love the You’s and Youpi! range!
